In the present case the petitioner has been granted provisional bail vide order dated 13.09.2024 but he didn't get provisional bail because he has been remanded in some other case and thereafter, he again remanded in another case and till date he is in judicial custody with respect to another case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in view of the subsequent development the petitioner is not
