2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Cae No. 326 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are accused of committing loot of the informant's motorcycle and his purse.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case during investigation. It has come during investigation that the petitioner is member of the gang involved in committing loot on the National Highway. The petitioner has three criminal antecedents also.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this court is not inclined
