This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek regular bail in connection with Lauria P.S. Case No. 162 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 33, 37(c) of the Bihar Exicse Act read with Sections 328, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 65606 of 2021.

No new ground has been sought for seeking seeking bail as such, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
