Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 363/366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations against the petitioners is that they came with arms and on the point of arms they looted ornament, cash of Rs. 65 thousand and misbehaved with the informant and her daughter.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled against

He further submits that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that she voluntarily left her house, went along with Amarjeet and also solemnized marriage. The age of the victim girl is 18 years. Petitioners have got two criminal antecedents as mentioned in para-3 of this application. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 72 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
