The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 dated 7.4.2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is with regard to the petitioner of snatching Rs. 1200/- and one mobile phone from the informant, who is said to be travelling on a tempo.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, no T.I. Parade has been held till date, the petitioner has been apprehended on suspicion, he has a clean antecedent and is in custody since 4.5.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29034 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
