ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-05-2015 The Petitioner who is the Informant seeks quashing of the order dated 13.11.2014 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra in S.Tr. No. 105A of 2007 arising out of Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 33 of 2005 by which he has refused to recall the Doctor who had conducted the Post-mortem examination report. Considering that the Petitioner requires only one date for examination of the Doctor, the Trial Court shall consider the feasibility of Petitioner to give Dasti Summon and fix one date and if the Doctor fails to appear on the said date no further adjournment shall be given to any party.

With these observations, the application is disposed off.
