The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 47/57 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that six bottles of 750 ml of liquor have been recovered from possession of petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody for about five months. Heard learned A.P.P. also. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Rail Darbhanga (Sitamarhi) P.S. case no. 71 of 2016.
