The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 47/57 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that six bottles of 750 ml of liquor have been recovered from possession of petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody for about five months. Heard learned A.P.P. also. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody for about five months, the bail application of petitioner is allowed and he is
