Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dehri (Town) P.S. Case No. 355 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, after one year of the custody, petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
