2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No.163 of 2024 arising out of Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No.472 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner pressurized the husband of informant's daughter to give her divorce but the son-in-law of the informant did not become ready then the petitioner started selling the share of land of the husband of deceased. It is further alleged that the informant came to know that accused persons including the petitioner killed her daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased who is innocent, however, with ulterior he has been made accused in this case. He further submits that even the husband of the deceased has not

Learned counsel submits that charge sheet has already been submitted in this case and the record is running on the stage of prosecution witness. He further submits that there is no chance of any tampering with the evidence or absconding the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 06.11.2023. He further submits that petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-V, Jamui in connection with S.T. No.163 of 2024 arising out of Laxmipur (Gidhaur) P.S. Case No.472 of 2023.
