Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 476 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 401, 411, 414, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Similarly, situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 12.07.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 39808 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2017.

Case No. 476 of 2017.
