This application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to ensure proper investigation in Gardanibagh Police Station Case No. 389 of 2019, lodged for offence punishable under sections 147,148,149,323,325,307/504 of the

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.166 of 2021(3) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 IPC and to arrest respondent no. 5 to 12.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that similar issue has already been set at rest by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 9.9.2022, passed in Cr.W.C.No.153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh vs State of Bihar and others) and other analogous cases.

Since, similar issue has already been decided by a coordinate bench of this Court, this criminal writ petition is also disposed of in terms of aforesaid order.
