The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 376, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the informant, at the outset, submits that this is the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and since a compromise has been entered after intervention of well wishers as the occurrence of rape was not committed, as such, the informant does not oppose the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Case No. 15 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
