JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-02-2016 In view of the position emerging in the show-cause now as well as the decision annexed as Annexure-A to the show-cause, filed on behalf of District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur, counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the matter any further, as there is a compliance of the direction issued by the Court in the writ application.

The personal presence of the officials now stands

Patna High Court MJC No.1662 of 2015 dt.17-02-2016 2/2 dispensed with, with an observation that such a situation could have been easily avoided, provided the direction issued by the Court was complied within the time-frame indicated in the order. The Principal Secretary, Education, Government of Bihar, Patna has given an assurance to the Court that such a situation may not arise in future. It is hoped and expected that the officials understand the sanctity of the judicial orders and its compliance, especially when such orders are not interfered with or not set aside by a superior Court.

Contempt application stands disposed off with observation and direction as above.
