Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Submission is that the presumption of dowry death is not there as marriage was solemnized 7 years back. Moreover, after knowledge of true facts, the informant has filed a petition before the court below that under some misconception F.I.R. was lodged. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2017. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16616 of 2018 (3) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dhanarua Police Station Case No. 249 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
