The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.3058 of 2012, corresponding to T.R. No.2127 of 2013, for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 406, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Notice was earlier issued to O.P. No.2 with all honour and dignity and there being no opposition to the present application, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (East) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Complaint Case No.3058 of 2012, corresponding to T.R. No.2127 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
