The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 709 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 14.11.2015, this Court had directed the petitioner to go and collect his wife from her matrimonial home, as he was willing to keep her and her children borne out of the said marriage with all dignity and dignity. Thereafter, the case was listed on several occasions but till date neither of the parties has appeared. There is also no complaint on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 against the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.32407 of 2015 (11) dt.20-07-2016 the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., (East) Muzuffarpur in connection with Complaint Case No. 709 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
