The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ghosi P.S. Case No. 295 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the husband and allegation is that he burnt his wife to death.

It is submitted that during the course of investigation, in para- 25 and 27 of the case diary some of the witnesses has given a different picture of occurrence.

Considering the facts aforesaid that there is very specific allegation against the petitioner that he being the husband burnt his wife to death and other witnesses also reiterated the
