Petitioner is accused in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016, G.R. No. 1022 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 504/34 of the I.P.C. The allegation against the petitioner is of cruelty and torture for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2016. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st
