The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 90 of 2004 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447/341/506/504/324/ 385/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners were exonerated by the police, thereafter, the court below has taken cognizance differing with the final form.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37408 of 2020(3) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 90 of 2004, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
