The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named 12 persons and alleged that they asked him not to plough their lands. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with Dabiya, a sharp edged weapon.

It is submitted that there is counter version and the informant got one lacerated wound and the injury is superficial and simple in nature and other accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30893 of 2015 (2) dt.30-07-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Thakurganj (Powakhali) P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
