The learned counsel for the petitioner filed final injury report of both the injured. Let the same be kept on record. The petitioner seeks bail in Charpokhari P.S. case No. 55/2020 registered u/s 504, 506, 326, 307,34 of the IPC and u/s 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant, in sum and substance, alleged that while he was harvesting Jai crops in his field with his father Sadhu Yadav, the petitioner, came and started abusing his father. When the informant objected Sadhu Yadav, Nirmal Yadav and Bimlesh Yadav opened firing causing pellet injuries on different parts of body of the informant. Mukesh Singh and Chandrama Singh also got pellet injuries.

The pellet injury did not cause any grievous injury on any part of the body of injured. The petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2020. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than five months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. case No. 55/2020.
