The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner caused injury with 'dabiya' to Asruddin on his finger and also assaulted on the head of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts may constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31272 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No.47 of 2015, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
