2. The present application has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondents to ensure payment of all the retiral / outstanding dues, including the Pension, arrears of Pension, GPF, Gratuity, Unutilized Leave Salary etc. along with the statutory interest.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner stood compulsorily retired we.f. 19.12.2002 by the Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, on the post of Block Supply

Patna High Court CWJC No.10767 of 2022 dt.17-11-2022 2/2 Inspector, however, on account of non-payment of retiral dues, he has been compelled to approach before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that now all the retiral/outstanding dues of the petitioner has stood paid.

5. In compliance of the order dated 17.10.2022, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State respondents and by referring to the statements made in para. nos. 6, 7 and 8 thereof, learned counsel for the State submitted that the amount of General Provident Fund, which was due to the petitioner, has also been paid in full. In support of the aforesaid submissions, the Bill showing payment of GPF amount has been brought on record.

6. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the materials available on record, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, the writ application stands disposed of.

7. If there is still any grievance remains with the petitioner, he would be at liberty to file representation before the concerned authority.
