JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 48 liters Mahua liquor was recovered from adjacent to the house of the petitioner and, allegedly, the petitioner had manufactured the aforesaid Mahua liquor. Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S.Case No. 63 of 2016.
