2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 106 of 2003.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on suspicion, except which there is no objective material to connect him with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner's father and brother upon facing trial have been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Judge II, Darbhanga by judgment dated 19.04.2006 in Sessions Trial No. 115 of 2004. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as inordinate delay in approaching this Court in connection with the FIR instituted as far back as in 2003, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
