JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 The petitioners, who are family members of the deceased, apprehend their arrest in Protest Complaint Case No.219 (C) of 2009 instituted under Sections-304 B and 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The attention of this Court is drawn to the fact that earlier when the case was instituted police, after due investigation, filed final report reporting death by accident (electrocution). It is thereafter the Protest-cum-Complaint petition was filed. The complainant was made parties but in spite of notice he has not been appeared.

No.21818 of 2014 (07) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners above-named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Protest Complaint Case No.219 (C) of 2009, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section-438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
