ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2025 Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.10026 of 2023 At the outset, it is pointed out that the number of the orders dated 23.10.2024 and 09.01.2025 have inadvertently been typed as '56' and '57' respectively in place of order Nos. '6' and '7'.
2. Let the number of the aforesaid orders be read as '6' and '7' respectively.
3. The orders dated 23.10.2024 and 09.01.2025 are modified to the extent indicated above.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the cause in the present writ petition does not survive and the same has become infructuous.
5. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
