The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 150 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither the driver nor the owner of the alleged vehicle in which illicit liquor has been recovered. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50127 of 2021(3) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S.
