The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 222 of 2021 dated 08.05.2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,337,307,427,295,295(A),504,188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Epidemic Disease Act as well as Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act. It is case of mob lynching where several accused have pelted stones on the wedding procession, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.

I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the
