Having regard to the nature of direction given in the connected writ application and the order now being passed by the

Patna High Court MJC No.763 of 2014 (2) dt.22-05-2015 Vice Chancellor, this Court would not find any reason to continue with the contempt proceeding because no specific direction was given in the aforesaid connected writ application wherein only prayer of the petitioner of withdrawing the writ application was allowed with a liberty to file an appeal. If such an appeal has been disposed of, that should be the end of the matter so far it relates to compliance of the order. Whether such order is bad or good cannot be made subject matter of this contempt application. In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to take any appropriate action as may be available to the petitioner against the order passed by the Vice Chancellor.
