One country made loaded pistol containing six cartridges in magazine and one magazine containing five cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner when petitioner and others were arrested. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, one co-accused Rabindra Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.07.2016 passed in Cr.
