The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manjhagarh (Thawe) P.S. Case No.76 of 2006 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.10.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.29202 of 2021. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.51219 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh (Thawe) P.S. Case No.76 of 2006, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
