06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

772 kg. of Mahua flower has been seized from the house of the petitioner however, from the seizure list it is evident that there happens to be absence of petitioner over the same. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 14.05.2017 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition. Accordingly, petitioner Bijay Kumar Choudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, IInd, Banka in connection with Katoria P.S.
