The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh (O.P.)) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is specific allegation against co-accused Nitish Kumar. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50654 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh (O.P.)) P.S. Case No. 100 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
