The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section 7 of the E. C. Act. Considering that the Petitioners have fair antecedents and in the nature of allegation, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within four
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50047 of 2014 (3) dt.25-05-2015 2/3 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Barahiya P.S. Case No.141 of 2014, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under sections 438(2) Cr. P. C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50047 of 2014 (3) dt.25-05-2015 3/3 trial in any manner, their bail will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse, and (v) That the Petitioners will be well represented on each date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail will be liable to be cancelled. It is made clear that this order shall not come in the way of the confiscation proceeding which will proceed in accordance with law.
