Petitioners are said to have been caught by the police with stolen electric wire for which petitioners are in jail custody since19.08.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Paharkatta P.S.Case No. 46 of 2016.
