The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with G.B Nagar (Gautambudhnagar) P. S. Case No. 210 of 2020, dated 12.08.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged in the F.I.R. that the petitioners have assaulted the members of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37993 of 2020(2) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 prosecution party by means of Dab and sword respectively.

Though it has been stated that there is counter version of the occurrence also, but considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.
