Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10636 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted provisional bail.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 22.02.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10636 of 2019 for surrender of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51286 of 2021(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 5,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
