Having heard learned counsel for the State and perusing the records, it appears that the case is outright a domestic dispute between Bhabhi and Devrani which resulted in the Devrani taking poison. The informant is the younger brother as against the elder brother and his Bhabhi.
Be that as it may, being a case under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code, in the event of her arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Chandauti Police Station Case No 114 of 2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
