Petitioner is accused in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 438 of 2015 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the I.P.C.

The F.I.R. relates to an offence of dacoity committed by 5 to 6 unknown criminals. The name of the petitioner transpired by co-accused Lalu Sahani.

Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2016. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner, nor the petitioner was put on test identification parade and co-accused Umesh Das has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide Cr. Misc. No. 44628 of 2016 on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43052 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 06.10.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 438 of 2015.
