This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023 registered under section 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 48 litre illicit liquor. Moreover, the petitioner has clean antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2023 Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the clean

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna City in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2023.
