2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 96 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that on 06.04.2025, minor daughter of the informant was returning from her matrimonial uncle's house. In the way, she was being kidnapped by the petitioner and others.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this case victim was recovered on the same day and she has given her statement under Section 183 of the BNSS wherein she has stated that on that day she was going to a tailor and in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39298 of 2025(3) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 way, the petitioner boarded her forcefully on his bike and took her to Raghopur railway station. She started crying. Police was called and she was brought to police station where she called her father. The petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in judicial custody since 08.04.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 60 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Araria.
