He is accused in the present case being Adapur Police Station (PS) Case No 115 of 2013 instituted under Sections 406, 420, 409 of Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, on the ground that he induced the informant into signing some papers to the promise to ensure that he would get loan sanctioned under Kisan Credit Card Scheme but later on informant found that amounts, having been received, have already been taken away by committing forgery. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the amount was deposited in the Bank and was withdrawn from the Bank. Petitioner had no role to play.

No.47312 of 2014 (5) dt.25-05-2015 Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail, till investigation, on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in Adapur PS Case No 115 of 2013 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
