The petitioner seeks bail in Banka P.S. Case No. 318 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 341, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner was apprehended with one country-made pistol and one live cartridge.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by his father-in-law (informant) due to matrimonial dispute. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Case No. 318 of 2021.
