Case No. 14 of 2014 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.

Since investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order if he has not done so already.
