KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is allegation of committing rape upon the informant. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case in order to pressurize him to solemnize marriage with the informant. The medical report does not support the prosecution case. The petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Additional District
