2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also accused in GR Case No. 10 of 2026 / Reg G.R. Case No. 11 of 2026.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 170 of 2026 registered for the offence under Section 21(C)/29 of the NDPS Act.

4. The recovery is of 24.4 liters of codeine rich cough syrup.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 23.03.2026.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a drug license holder and he is innocent.

7. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

8. Considering the materials available on record and also considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 170 of 2026.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Biraul Police Station on first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

10. As a condition of this order, if the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case in future under the NDPS Act then his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
