Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant who is father of the victim has alleged that 9 to 10 years before he married his daughter to the petitioner and thereafter she was being subjected to torture for non fulfillment of demand of dowry and from 24.03.2017, she became traceless and did not return to her matrimonial or parental home.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that his wife is of unsound mind and on previous occasions also she used to go outside the house without any information but had

The lady is of unsound mind and same has been found to be true during investigation. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.09.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
