ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-07-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 27.03.2004 passed by the Fast Track Court No. IV, Siwan, in Cr. Appeal No.61 of 2002, modifying the judgment of conviction dated 24.09.2002 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Siwan, in Trial No.242 of 2002.

Having gone through the judgment impugned, I do not find any merit in the application.

However, considering the period of custody and the date of occurrence, sentence of the Petitioners is reduced to one already undergone by them.

With the aforesaid modification in the sentence of the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.340 of 2004 dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Petitioners, the application is dismissed.
