2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 457/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deadbody of the Ashutosh Kumar was recovered. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner and others. Co-accused Ashutosh Kumar was seen with Deepak Kumar and Amar Kumar on a motorcycle. Though the CCTV footage has been examined but the same has not been shown to the informant or any any other co-villager for identifying the accused persons. The name of the petitioner has come in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42851 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 self-inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner has also confessed his guilt.

4. In these circumstances, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. This application is dismissed.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks. If such an application is filed, the Court below will consider the fact that some of the co-accused including Aakash Kumar have been granted bail by this Court.
